Sitting on its own sheltered terrace overlooking fields and
woods – this heated pool makes a perfect centrepiece for your holiday. The state-of-the-art salt-treatment system
means – no more reddened eyes! The water remains silky soft and does not damage your hair or skin as you might find
with a chlorine-pool.

The pool is heated from (usually) mid April to the
end of September and if the weather remains favourable into October. Whether you fancy a whole day relaxing on the pool
terrace or a quick dip after sightseeing you will find the pool soon becomes a favourite spot.
All our guests are welcome to use the pool when staying with
us – we only ask that you bring a pool towel with you. (Anyone unable to bring a pool towel can arrange to have one
provided - please see booking form)
Walking and Bird Watching

The local area is full of delightful walks and we have a supply of maps to help you plan a
route and pre-planned routes that you can take directly from the garden at Las Razes.
Whether you are an adventurous walker or just want to take a stroll before or after a meal
– you will find something to suit. Walking during the later and earlier months of the season can be a real joy.
The bird life is varied, colourful and plentiful - a real joy for bird watchers, either from
our garden and terraces or wandering around the local countryside. On most Summer nights we are 'talked to' by the resident
Scops Owls. We keep a book to help identify birds in the gardens and guests are encouraged to add to diary details of birds and
activities they see.
You will also find wild flowers and orchids growing in the hedge-rows, fields, woods and paths
that you will not have seen for years or maybe ever - early Summer, late Spring is particularly good for finding many different
orchids and rare flowers.
Relaxing in the garden

This is the most popular way to pass the time at Las Razes. With plenty of chairs and
tables around the garden is perfect for reading, painting or catching up on some sleep. There are many different places
to find some peace, or admire the wild flowers and bird life on your own.
