Booking Procedure
We will hold a provisional booking following a telephone call or email, however, we ask for a booking form and deposit
within 8 days as we cannot guarantee to hold provisional bookings for longer than this.
A non-refundable* deposit of
1 - 4 nights stay £20/35 Euros per person
4+ nights stay £50/75 Euros per person
is required to confirm your booking. During the high/peak season the balance of the accommodation price MAY
be requested 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
If your holiday is booked less than 6 weeks in advance then the total amount of the accommodation costs may be payable
on booking.
Where any element of your holiday remains unpaid for and you cancel your holiday within 6 weeks of arrival, the balance
due for payment remains payable.*
You are strongly advised to take out travel insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation.
UK visitors
Deposits and balance payments should be paid in £ either by cheque or bank transfer.
Final accounts (at the end of your holiday) can be settled in cash, either £ or €, or by £ cheque.
The total cost of your holiday will be calculated in € and then the currency converted appropriately according to
the £/€ exchange rate on the final day of your holiday. The currency rate to apply will be determined by the ‘sell’
rate of Coutts & Co available HERE.
Euro Zone visitors
Deposits, balances and final payments should be paid by € cheque or cash.
American and rest of the world visitors

!Please note that we do not accept any credit or debit cards at Las Razes - payments can be made in advance by credit card or PayPal.
*Whilst deposits and balances remain non-refundable, every effort will be made to re-let your holiday, and where this is
possible we will pass this benefit back to you.
