For 2 week bookings the second week is reduced by 10%

For Low and Medium  seasons - we accept smaller groups 8 people/4 bedrooms - less 20%;  6 people/ 3 bedrooms - less 35%  (excludes 2nd week discount)

Security deposit £500 / Euro 600 - refundable if no damage to property and left in a clean and tidy condition.

Including electric, gas (BBQ), pool heating, hire of bed linen and house towels and pool towels

Please note - from 2011 we have been obliged to add a local tax to all accommodation bills.  This tax works out at 0,50 Euros per adult, per night.  Some concessions exist for children. We are sorry about this - but we have absolutely no choice.  This tax has to be added to your final account.

Optional final cleaning charge 75 €
