Damage

Tenants are fully responsible for any damage and /or losses to property and belongings and must undertake to inform us of any damage to accommodation or its contents during their occupation and to pay for any damages or missing items, including excessive or unusual services consumed.

Parents remain entirely responsible for the actions of their children and it should be noted that very expensive damage could be caused by inappropriate usage to the pool liner or the snooker table.  Where deliberate or negligent damage is caused the owners reserve the right to seek compensation above and beyond the security deposit.

Tenants opting not to take out the final cleaning option, are required to leave the house and pool as they found it on arrival (i.e. fully cleaned).  Failure to do so means that we reserve the right to deduct a cleaning charge based on an hourly rate of 14 Euros per hour per cleaner, from the security deposit.  Tenants are responsible for the disposal of rubbish, including bottles, and any sacks left for disposal by the owners will incur a charge of £6/9 Euros per sack.  Excessive use of sun oil/cream in the pool may well mean additional cleaning of the liner is required.

Security/Damage  Deposit

A security/damage deposit of £200/300 Euros is payable for each booking - paid with the balance payment.  This will be returned to you in full or in part on your return home.  This deposit does not limit the tenant’s liability for any damage caused to Las Razes or its contents. Where the final cleaning service option is not taken and the property is not left cleaned, we reserve the right to deduct the final cleaning charge from the damage/security deposit.

Linen and Towels

Linen and towels are included in the price of the rental.  Please note that the towels supplied are not for use by the pool or outdoors.  Any damage caused to linen by misuse or reactive cosmetic products will have to be paid for and this will be deducted from the security deposit.  Where linen is inclusive it is not normally changed during the duration of the holiday.  However, fresh linen can be supplied for tenants to change themselves, we will then wash the linen that has been used.

Limitations on use

The accommodation, services and facilities of the property let are solely for the use of those named on the booking form or as otherwise agreed with the owners.  No sub-letting or assignment arrangements are permitted.  The maximum sleeping capacity of 15, must not be exceeded under any circumstances.  Where the party is found to exceed this limit, the right is reserved to ask members of the party to vacate the property.  The pitching of tents and parking of caravans is not allowed.  The owners reserve the right to take any action deemed necessary if any property, its pool or grounds is deemed to be abused or misused.
