Booking and Prices for Gîte

We only let Las Razes as a Gîte for a limited number of weeks each year so very early booking is recommended.
 
(4 double beds, 4 single beds, 1 set of bunk beds - option of two further Z beds and cot if required)

Weeks are priced according to the date of arrival for the first week and the applicable rate for any subsequent week/days. Please contact us for arrival dates other than Saturday - it may be possible.

7th May - 4th June - 2500 Euros per week
4th June - 16th July - 2750 Euros per week
16th July - 3rd Sept - 3200 Euros per week
3rd Sept -  1st Oct - 2500 Euros per week
 (discount  may be available on 2nd or third weeks)
Including electric, gas (BBQ), pool heating, linen
and towels and pool towels
 
Optional final cleaning charge 75 €
 
Help with house and laundry during your holiday 14 € hour - optional - must be booked in advance
 
Discounts - (not available on discounted weeks)
  • 100 €  reduction for returning parties or Lancaster University Alumni members
  • 100 €  reduction for bookings before 31st Dec
