We feel that Las Razes is a B & B (Chambre D'hotes) with a bit of a difference! Las Razes allows guests to come and go as they like. All our bedrooms open directly onto the terrace and overlook the pool. Las Razes has lots of indoor space especially for guests, space where you can make yourself at home and with plenty of comfy seating. There is a fridge for drinks with an honesty list (or where guests can store their own), a library, sat TV, plenty of games and films to watch and even a snooker table. In cooler months there are wood burning stoves which can make your stay extra cosy! For details of 'food' at Las Razes, please see here.For people with lap-tops - there is open WIFI connection in the lounge/dining room. With a bedroom
opening onto a wide and shady balcony or floral terrace you will never be short of a spot for quiet reading, the odd glass
of wine or just to enjoy the scenery. Each room is south facing and has
an en-suite shower room. We have a mixture of double (one of which has an adjoining bedroom with bunk beds), three of
our double rooms have super king-size beds, and one a king-size there are also twin rooms - some rooms have space of an additional
Z bed if required. For cooler months each room has an electric heater.
Tea and coffee making facilities in bedrooms (where there are no children in the party). A bottle of local wine is left in
each room - all you need to do is chose a quiet corner of the garden or terrace to enjoy this in. The terraced pool area is situated below the bedrooms and there is plenty of garden furniture, allowing you
to enjoy fully this beautiful pool area. This heated 12 x 5 meter salt-water pool provides an ideal focus for your holiday.
(Pool heating between April and October subject to suitable air temperatures) There are always plenty of things
to do at Las Razes. In our huge hall you will find a large dining/sitting room and games room that has been carefully
restored and retains its old oak beams and stonewalls and two log burning stoves. The sitting room has dvd/cd player, ¾ snooker table, dartboard, board games and an English library.
The TV receives all usual TV channels from the UK. We also have a table tennis table and bikes for guests to use and a key to the lovely local tennis court –
giving guests free access to this facility (racquets and balls available to borrow). Guests are welcome to walk in the
woods and fields. Continental breakfasts are included in the cost of your stay.
Guests are welcome to use the communal fridge for small quantities of their own food and we are happy to lend plates and cutlery
so you can have picnics in the garden. Simple evening meals are available a few nights a week. For more information
about eating at Las Razes, please click here. Guests can arrange to use a washing machine whilst staying and we have an iron and ironing
board for your use. At Las Razes there is plenty of safe parking for cars and bikes. For
most of the season Las Razes runs as a Chambre D'hotes. For a few weeks it is available to rent as a large gite.
The property is only ever used for one of these types of letting NEVER the two at the same time.
